You are granted a simple, non-transferable right to use the game for private, non-commercial purposes.
The game is provided "as is" and without warranty. Liability exists only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or assets of the game.
You may not modify the game, nor distribute, publish, or make available any modified versions, extracted assets, or derivative copies of it.
You may not redistribute or sell the game, or claim it or any of its content as your own work.
You may not cheat, manipulate the game, or use third-party tools, modifications, or exploits to falsify scores, replays, or leaderboard entries.
If you enable "Steam Highscore Sharing", your name, score, and replay will be publicly visible on the Steam Leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove or exclude entries that are manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these terms.
The Steam Subscriber Agreement by Valve applies in addition.
